  • How do modular bathrooms save me money?

Modular bathrooms are a cost-effective choice because they only require simple installation on-site. Building a prefabricated bathroom is often faster than traditional construction, which ensures your contractors can finish sooner and reduces their risk of workplace accidents. A safer workplace means you save on insurance costs, workers’ comp, and more. Not to mention that a faster timeline helps you generate revenue sooner.

  • What industries benefit from modular bathrooms?

Almost any business can enjoy the benefits of modular bathrooms, which include lower construction costs and a safer workplace. We often work with clients in the following industries:

    Residential Buildings

    Luxury Hotels

    Business and Economy Hotels

    Student Accommodations

Healthcare Facilities (Hospitals, Care Homes, Clinics)

  • What comes in each prefabricated restroom?

Each bathroom includes essential appliances, such as the toilet, faucet, and sink. Our bathroom pods also include all the necessary HVAC, hydraulic, and electrical elements. After a quick set-up, your bathroom will be ready to use.

  • How much does each bathroom pod cost?

The costs vary depending on your customization, pod size, pod type, and other factors. Speak with one of our team members to see how much it would cost to set up bathroom pods. We offer free quotes.

  • How long does it take to build a bathroom pod?

Build time varies depending on your customization options and the type of pod you selected. Complex bathroom pods require a longer timeline. We always keep you informed of project timelines.

  • What is the delivery process like?

Once we finish building your prefabricated bathrooms, our team will conduct quality assurance inspections. We’ll find and fix any mistakes present, then get ready for installation. Your pods will be carefully wrapped for protection then transported to your job site. Once your pods are on the job site, it’s time for your electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists to install them.

  • What are your bathroom pods built with?

We offer two different bathroom pods, one made from a galvanized steel frame and the other made from lightweight concrete.
